Peter is a digital consulting and experience specialist and serves as our in-house expert on all things QSR/restaurant. Peter is instrumental in our work with clients in this industry and helps ensure the work we are creating for our clients helps them remain competitive and constantly delivering on customer expectations. Prior to his role at Bottle Rocket, Peter served in various strategic and business consulting roles at Rambl and Strategy, part of the PwC network.
Matt is a digital product specialist with deep experience in the intersectionality between QSR / Restaurant and retail technology. He's had the honor to work with such brands as Dairy Queen, Jamba Juice, and McAlisters, to name a few. Matt bridges the gap between business, technology, and product ensuring that customer expectations are met and businesses grow. He believes it's critical to align a brands omnichannel strategy with their retail technology strategy. Connected customer experiences thrive when brands can connect multiple systems seamlessly to exceed guest expectations. In his spare time, Matt mentors food tech startups through TechStars Farm to Fork program.

Tony’s approach to crafting experiences is rooted in empathy for the user’s needs and strategic understanding of business objectives—impacting millions of lives and resulting in billions in transactions. Beyond his breadth of client work, he is also a celebrated speaker, podcast host, college instructor and design mentor.
