WHAT WE SET OUT TO DO

Establish a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to enable teams to drive digital transformation in a secure and modern cloud environment while ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Opportunity

The challenge was clear: support the growth and complexity of global operations while ensuring agility and autonomy for teams implementing digital initiatives. RHI Magnesita needed a solution that would:

The solution came in the form of a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), built on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption framework. The CCoE acts as an enabler, transforming business demands into cloud solutions, building reusable components, automations to create Landing Zones, and providing technical training for product teams.
