At our core, we are committed to fostering a culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in every aspect of our endeavors. We firmly believe that embracing diversity in all its forms enriches our organization, strengthens our teams, and propels us toward innovation and excellence. From our recruitment and talent acquisition practices to our day-to-day operations, we prioritize creating an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to the table.

Our unwavering dedication to DE&I is not just a mere slogan but a guiding principle that shapes our strategies, decision-making processes, and interactions both within our company and with our stakeholders. Together, we celebrate the uniqueness of each person and recognize that it is the diverse tapestry of experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that fuels our collective success and progress.

“I think including the voices of POC within the company is crucial for this initiative and I’m so excited to be a part of that!”

Michaela Banks, senior Visual Designer

We treasure what we measure

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead

Ben is a self-described PEZ head, musical theater enthusiast, and down-to-earth human with roughly ten years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He began training, building workshops, and content on transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming communities in 2011, which transformed into a love for educating and building connections across the board. Ben holds DE&I as more than just buzzwords and checklists, but as a way of being that creates a culture of connection.

Inclusivity means not ‘just we’re allowed to be there,’ but we are valued. I’ve always said: smart teams will do amazing things, but truly diverse teams will do impossible things.
