Research Study: QSRs in the age of COVID-19

As you might have seen last week, we published our first round of research on this topic with support from our friends at Alpha, but we wanted to learn more. Since then, we have continued to track the questions we asked the first few weeks in order to see how customer preferences are changing over time and how people prefer to receive information about their favorite restaurants. We feel this information is especially important and very timely considering the often-overwhelming amount of information being shared by brands right now on all different types of media channels.
