Serving as the core voice of the client inside Bottle Rocket, our Client Success team represents the needs and priorities of our clients within our walls and serves as strategic advisors for engagements.

Additionally, for every engagement, we assign a team of Program and/or Project Management professionals that manage all phases of the project, the internal resources dedicated to your business, and also ensure that all budgetary and timeline commitments are met. The Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for clients and many times is also acting as a Scrum Master with a firm handle on the backlog and priorities of the work. 100% of our project managers are Scrum certified and 65% are Product Owner and Scaled Agile certified.
